An extremely mountainous set of worlds and the setting for the Chrestomanci novel Conrad's Fate. Seven D is mentioned as a world a witch comes from. When her picture is taken, her soul is trapped and it is eventually returned here. All pictorial material there is hand drawn on strange paper, so no one's soul will be trapped in the image.

Geography[]

English Alps[]

The mountain range that comprises most of England. This is because, in Conrad’s native universe, Britain has not broken off from the European mainland, geographically speaking.

Stallery[]

Stallery Mansion is a glamorous Manor House located high in the mountains above Stallchester. It is the home to Count Rudolf and his family, who “pull the possibilities”, e.g. changing the features of the universe, in order to profit financially from these alterations. This is achieved by a computer that they own, which Christopher tampers with. The building contains many passages and pitfalls, including a kitchen inhabited by an aging witch. Following the events in the novel, it is stated that Stallery is crumbling into decay, much like other probability mansions.

Stallchester[]

A town in the mountains, Stallchester is the home of Conrad and his family. It contains their bookshop, Conrad’s previous school, and the school he originally intended to attend, Stall High.

Ludwich[]

Series Seven’s counterpart to London. It is located beside the Little Rhine river.

Slavo-Teutonic States[]
